Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please, contact us as soon as possible, and include your order number for us to reference (all cancellations are considered requests until our team has assessed the order). 


Please note, that we are unable to modify or hold orders for a future ship date. Once placed, orders cannot be changed or altered. All orders are processed as a one-time transaction and as a result, we do not store payment methods for future use. This helps protect your sensitive information.


Our Customer Support team operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (PST), and will process cancellations each morning at 8:30 AM (PST).  Please note, if you have already received tracking details, your cancellation request may not be accepted due to the order already being shipped.
