Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on the destination. Since we ship from the Northwest Coast, orders traveling farther east may take longer within that window. Your tracking number will keep you updated with the estimated delivery date. Please note, delivery times may vary due to holidays or weather, and rural areas may take up to 14 business days.
It’s normal to see multiple scanned locations as the truck’s GPS updates along its route. While it may look like your package is passing by, rest assured, it’s simply moving toward the nearest FedEx depot for delivery to your area. You can sign up to receive proactive notifications—delivery status, exceptions, and more—directly from the tracking page or through FedEx Delivery Manager.
For orders with multiple items:
If your order has multiple items, they will ship separately, but no need to worry! They usually arrive within a day or two of each other, and you’ll get a tracking number for each item to follow their journey.
Special Instructions or Pick-Up Requests:
FedEx Delivery Manager is a great way to personalize your shipping experience! You can update your shipping address, add delivery instructions, or reroute your package to a FedEx location for pick up. In some cases, you can request delivery for a future date. Check it out below:
