To cancel your order, please contact us preferably by email at info@outlandliving.com and include your order number. Please note that cancellations are considered requests and cannot be processed if your order has already shipped. All cancellation requests are processed at 8:30 AM PST.
If your order has already shipped, you may request a return instead. Please do not refuse delivery of the package, as this can cause issues and confusion with the carrier. Refused packages may be attempted for delivery again, leading to delays.
