How do I return my order?

To return your order, please use the pre-paid return label provided by Outland Living. Attach the label to the outer box, making sure to cross out the original shipping label with a marker. Then, drop the package off at the nearest FedEx drop-off location to start the return process.

Please note that the item must be returned in its original packaging, as it will travel through the parcel system.
