I’m Missing Rocks from My Fire Pit

Recent Changes: We recently updated the way our rocks are packaged in models FMPPC2A-2 (893 Deluxe), FMPPC2-2 (823 Standard), and FMPPC2H-805 (805 Firecube). We’ve removed spare rocks from the package, and all rocks are now consistent in size.

We’re sorry for the confusion caused by the mention in the owner's manual of a fourth bag of rocks. During a recent transition in our packaging process, some of the older manuals slipped through the cracks, so they still refer to four bags or rocks in different sizes (medium and large). We’ve since streamlined things, and the rocks are now mostly the same size. The total weight included with the fire pit is still approximately 2.5 kg, and the few extra pieces that used to come in the fourth bag labeled "spare" (around 4–6 rocks) have now been evenly distributed across three bags.

For the best results, we recommend spreading the rocks evenly in the firebowl to help with both performance and flame effect. If you'd like to keep a handful of rocks for future use, you may; however, it is not necessary. Rest assured, you've received enough rocks to start enjoying your fire pit!
